The Nascar equivalent of a long distance marathon. The 2015 Coca Cola 600 is in the books. No drama this year as to who would be pulling the double (Indy 500 + Coke 600). 600 miles and the last few laps came down to who might run out of gas. In the end Carl Edwards wound up saving enough fuel to take the checkered flag. Jimmie Johnson, a favorite to win the event, spun twice and the second time hitting the inside wall and finished 40th, 30 laps off of the leaders. James scored the high and even with Kyle Busch returning, Brian had the low (JJ). Because of James' great week, he moved into a first place tie with me. Mark also gained some ground and is now 30 points away.
In the half pool, lots of switching places, and John M. wound up with a yo-yo day. His #2 pick fell three spots to 4th (from 1st) and his #1 pick moved up three spots to 2nd. The field tightens with six races to go.
Good luck to all in Dover on Sunday and don't forget that the race will be on Fox Sports 1.
